¹Turnaround times are dependent on each specific task or project. If the task is determined too large to complete within 72 hours, we will inform you before we begin work on the task. We will deliver smaller segments of work to you within the most reasonable and appropriate time.
To pause your extension plan, simply email your Senior Design Manager with your request to pause or cancel your plan.

How it works.
Choose a plan
Get started by choosing a monthly or quarterly extension plan (Flex or Core).
Book a meeting
Once you’ve signed up to an extension plan, you’ll receive an email to book a meeting with your allocated senior design manager.
Receive a Welcome Pack
After the meeting, you’ll receive a welcome pack with information about your design team, details about your plan and your Client ID.
Submit task requests
Use your Client ID to submit any creative or design task requests to us and we’ll get started on them immediately.
We'll calculate the estimated time to complete each task (ETC) and inform you before we begin.
Receive work
It can take anywhere from 24 hours up to 1 week to receive work from us (based on task complexity). Larger projects will be broken down into individual tasks and you'll receive work based on these deliverables.
At the end of each month or quarter, we'll send you work logs so you can see how many hours have been used and how many hours can be carried forward.
